Responsibilities

Collaborate with a team of company secretarial staff in providing full spectrum of companies incorporation and post-incorporation services to clients;

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years solid company secretarial experience, more experience with membership of ICSA / HKICS or ICSA finalist will be considered for the post of Senior Company Secretary;
Proficiency in CSA applications and Chinese Word-processing;
Knowledge in HK company formation and maintenance is a must;
Experience in handling offshore company formation and maintenance will be an advantage;
Experience in handling legal matters and coordination with Soliciting Firm will be an advantage
Prior experience serving non-Hong Kong clients will be an advantage;
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua;
Self-motivated, well organized and a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility;
Supervisory experience will be an advantage;
