Customer Service Officer

Location: Central , Hong Kong Island |

Responsibilities:

• Provide the first point of contact for customers
• Manage & maintain the retail customer experience & service standards
• Provide customer relationship management
• Manage all aspects of customer counter services
• Perform transaction inputs & cash handling
• Follow up on enquiries and sales opportunities

Requirements:

We would like you to have some or all of the following qualities or experience:

• Must be able to converse in fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skill
• Demonstration of strong time management skills
• Well presented and groomed
• Be customer service or sales oriented
• Possess a positive can-do working attitude
• MUST BE willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Experience in retail/hotel industry is an added advantage
• Must be cheerful, positive & a co-operative team player
• Cashiering experience is an added advantage

It would be ideally suited to people with front desk experience from the Hotel industry or who are currently employed in a convenience store environment.
