Responsibilities

Maintain a proper filing system for the legal and commercial documents of the group
Perform full spectrum of secretarial support to Assist In-house Counsel and Legal Manager
Assist in drafting of legal correspondences
Assist in handling trademark application, patent application and design application
Liaise with external agents on intellectual property matters
Undertake ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

Degree holder in Legal Studies or related discipline
At least 2 year experience in reviewing commercial contracts and agreements
Good Knowledge of intellectual property, trademark, patent application is an advantage
Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Mature, independant and good team player
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Excellent command of Spoken and Written English and Chinese
