Responsibilities

Prepare commercial contracts and legal documents
Assist in infrastructure projects
Coordinate with local and overseas business units
Handle licensing and regulatory affairs

Requirements

LL.B or equivalent
Minimum 5 years working experience in legal field
Telecom background is essential
Conscientious, self-motivated with strong organization and communication skills
Good Command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)
Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing
