Requirements

2-4 years’ PQE mainly in corporate & commercial work, with experience dealing with (i) compliance requirements under the HK Listing Rules for existing listed companies (no IPO work is expected), (ii) shareholders's agreements, business purchase agreements & joint ventures and (iii) general commercial agreements
Good academic background and excellent command of both spoken & written English & Chinese.
