We are a firm specializing in (i) commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration and (ii) commercial and corporate transactions, mainly of a cross-border nature with a strong link with Mainland China and Taiwan and other jurisdictions. Our expanding practice is recruiting candidates of high calibre for the above position:


Requirements

Should have good experience on shareholders' and partnership disputes, breach of trust and fiduciary duties, derivative actions, unfair prejudice and other applications under the Companies Ordinance, liquidation, receivership and/or other areas of commercial and corporate litigation and arbitration. (PQE: 1 to 5 years or above)
