Responsibilities

Responsible for the company corporate matters
Provide legal advisory support and perform all legal regulatory and compliance matters
Draft, review and negotiate agreements, contracts and legal documents
Identify legal risks and provide advice to the management of the Group

Requirements

Qualified solicitor in Hong Kong or other common law jurisdiction
Minimum 2-3 years post-qualification experience gained in-house or professional firm in corporate and commercial matters
Experience in IPO is an advantage
Preferably have knowledge in Australian laws and regulations
Excellent communication, analytical and drafting skills
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Able to travel overseas occasionally when required
