Responsibilities:
- Supervise and staff a team of customer service professionals.
- Recruit, Interview, Train new call center representatives
- Provide coaching and feedback through call monitoring and making staffing adjustments as needed.
- Phone Center Operations
Requirements:
- 4 year degree
- 2 years experience in a Call Center Operations
- Must be computer Savvy
- Previous Call Management Experience
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
